Although they are both long time residents of Utah, Lanikai's very own Phil and Jenine originally hail from the South Pacific Island of Tonga. Tonga has had many resident immigrants in its country over the the last hundred years or so. Lucky for us, Phil, Jenine and their families are bringing us the best of many cultural dishes at Lanikai Grill. Try their Lupulu, kalua pork, and barbecued beef. They are all specialties at Lanikai.
