Usually, the only time you feel saucy is when you're cooking your family's famous spaghetti. It's high time you dig deeper.

We're offering a Pole Trix or Sexy Pilates class for $12 (reg. $25), three classes for $30 (reg. $75), or five for $45 (reg. $125) at Polistic.

Both classes begin with a warmup and stretching sesh before getting to the nitty-gritty. During Pole Trix class, a fantastic (and insanely flexible) instructor teaches you bewitching tricks, including special grips, spins, and climbing techniques.

As for Sexy Pilates, you'll do classic exercises (slow, deliberate movements and coordinated breathing), but you'll incorporate feminine poses, fluid transitions, and sensual music.

Both classes will leave you sweaty, feeling good, and (most importantly) comfortable in your own skin.
