She doesn’t know it, but we get butterflies every time we overhear our Disney-loving diva’s shower-time rendition of “Under the Sea” through the bathroom door. The girl is good! To help nurture her talent, we’re enrolling her in classes at Bay Area Children’s Theatre.

This deal gets your resident performer 12 weeks of “Young Performers” classes at half off. Under the guidance of a professional instructor, kids ages 7 to 11 years develop their singing, dancing, and acting skills as they rehearse a production of Disney’s Sleeping Beauty, which is performed for parents at the end of the semester. Along the way, they’ll make friends, build their self-confidence, and just plain have fun.

Weekly sessions run Saturdays, 10:30am-12noon, through May 5.
