Originating in Korea, Taekwondo is a blend of combat and self defence techniques using a system of blocks, kicks, punches, open-hand strikes and can also incorporate take-downs/ sweeps, throws, and joint locks. With its roots in Thailand, Muay Thai was designed to quickly dominate and crush as many opponents as possible. Its emphasis is on offense; with more of a kickboxing style employing the use of the hands, feet, elbows and knees to attack the opponent.Whichever style you choose, you can meet and train with great people in a friendly and ego-free environment.
