$20 for 20 Kickboxing-Boot-Camp and Mixed-Martial-Arts Classes ($200 Value)

Kickboxing classes shy from sparring in favour of fast-paced combinations of fighting moves that strengthen the cardiovascular system. MMA classes are geared towards those with no prior MMA experience, but teach the full MMA experience.

Northwest Martial Arts Academy

Instead of just training his students for tournaments like many other martial arts schools, Northwest Martial Arts Academy's master instructor, Frederick Natividad, focuses on fitness in his four martial arts tracks: tae kwon do, kickboxing, Brazilian jujitsu, and MMA. Natividad, who has more than 20 years of martial arts experience, teaches adults and youths hand-to-hand combat in tae kwon do and muay thai kickboxing classes. During MMA boot camps, he teaches new students 16 and older a variety of fighting styles. No matter what class clients are interested in, Northwest Martial Arts Academy offers them a chance to try out two free classes to see if they like learning punching, kicking, grappling, and jazz-hand self-defense techniques.
