For a fast paced, calorie burning routine, try Park Gym’s Boxing Bootcamp. You’ll hit the speed and heavy bags, the jump rope, and the ring for a bruising workout that’ll have you sweating off pounds and retaining raw muscle.
If you’re more interested in a physical routine that includes a more mental approach to fitness, taekwondo might be more your speed. Classes will help you develop strength, flexibility, endurance, speed, balance, memory, concentration, coordination and self-control, and other essential life skills.
Your instructors in both practices are expert trainers with rare and notable accolades and dozens of years of experience. Classes start early Monday - Saturday and run until 7:30pm so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get motivated and get in shape.
