The ASP Construction accreditation course is mandatory for the 26 professions controlled by the Commission de la construction du Québecand prepares construction workers and supervisors with the tools necessary to run a safe site.

With the 20 lesson modules offered by Montreal Technical College, students acquire the knowledge necessary to identify risks and dangers in their work environments and how to eliminate them. At the end of training, they receive a certificate of competency allowing them to work on-site.

The summer session meets for four consecutive Fridays—June 1, 8, 15, and 22—from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Further dates will be added to the schedule starting in July.
