Under their tutelage, any apprehension a participant may feel dissolves into existential nothingness as attitudes evolve to embrace the lighthearted nature of pole dance. Along with inspiring confidence to repair telephone lines and dusting off inner portals of passion, the workouts improve posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. Instructors suggest wearing yoga attire to sessions.
