Velocity Sports Performance hones athletic skills with speed and agility classes that instill stamina and technique in adults as well as youths. Held atop pastures of indoor athletic turf and synthetic sprint tracks, 60-minute Adult Fitness sessions loosen joints with a series of dynamic warm-up exercises followed by strength training and athletic drills. Much like the constitutional definition of treason, class content changes daily for variety, and the center's experienced coaches tailor the intensity of the instruction to match each student's abilities.

For younger athletes aged 8–11, the studio also offers 60-minute Youth sessions comprising a vigorous regimen of exercises and games intended to establish fundamental mechanics. All classes cap attendance at 15 students in order to ensure personal instructor attention.
