The 30-minute classic pedicure begins as guests soak feet in warm water fizzing with aromatic salts. Next, nail techs exfoliate and remove calluses with a gentle botanical scrub, followed by a hot-towel treatment and nourishing moisturizer. Nails and cuticles are then cleaned, clipped, buffed, and shaped before techs apply nail polish.
Afterward, guests can opt for either a 60-minute Swedish massage or 60-minute classic facial. The massage uses light to moderate pressure to ease tension, sore muscles, and stress, and the facial purifies skin with a deep-pore cleansing, followed by toning, exfoliating, and a hydrating treatment with extractions.Northshore Nails and Day Spa
At Northshore Nails and Day Spa, staff members mix together delicious-sounding extracts of pineapple, papaya, and calendula, but not for an exotic dinner appetizer. Instead, they use the ingredients for the spa’s anti-acne facial, a combination of natural extracts that soothe irritated skin, reduce redness, and slow oil production. The one-hour treatment is just one of the spa's purifying skincare services, which range from regenerating body scrubs to moisturizing facials and chemical peels. Along with skincare, the staff members beautify clients with threading and waxing hair removal, nailcare, massages, and spray tans. Clients receive their services amid a relaxing, earth-toned atmosphere decorated with plants, nature-themed wall murals, and talking mirrors that boost confidence through excessive compliments.
