Ashburn, VA, United States daily deals > wagjag > 50% off Little Ray's Summer Camp
When kids are jumping off the bed like monkeys or non-stop talking like a parrot, they are often accused of acting like animals. But there's a better way for kids to use their energy and learn about the animals they emulate. Today's WagJag offers a cure for everyone: $60 for $120 towards one week of Little Ray's Summer Camp, which costs $240 a week plus tax.
Kids will learn what it means to go wild when they meet and learn about reptiles, amphibians, bugs, insects, spiders and birds. In a safe setting, campers will learn about everything from endangered species to protecting the environment. Kids are busy all day meeting animals, playing sports, enjoying arts and crafts, exploring on nature hikes and swimming in the pool. This summer camp is offered the weeks of July 3rd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, and August 13th and 20th. Camp runs from 9am to 4pm.
Little Ray's summer camp is brought to you personally by Matt Korhonen and Little Ray. Matt has more than 12 years of experience educating the public and caring for animals. Together, Little Ray's and Matt's vast supply of knowledge will go far in teaching kids about different species of plants and animals that live at the zoo and in the forests surrounding Ottawa. Care is available before and after camp as early as 7am and as late as 6pm to make it easier for parents managing busy schedules ($6/hour per family).
