Learn practical self-defense skills in these one-hour sessions. Your instructor, Scott Collins, has been training for over 30 years in various levels of martial arts. Classes run every Tuesday, beginning on September 4th, from 8:45pm-9:45pm (excluding September 11th and 18th).
