- The space?s design, which includes long, black dining hall-style tables and exposed brick walls, is sleek, modern and witty: an upper border of large panel screens shows university-inspired images and footage.
- Tapas choices include an ahi tuna tartare with avocado, wonton chips and soy vinaigrette; Hudson sliders made with Pat LaFrieda all-natural beef; Asian chicken wings; and magic-dusted ?Low-N-Slow? baby back ribs.
- You?ll be going green while you eat your greens. Chef Brian Young selects only the highest-quality, sustainable-organic ingredients from Hudson Valley area farmers.
Offering a stylish, post-modern take on the collegiate dining hall experience, Hudson Hall blends the panache of the downtown cuisine scene with the feel of a march through a red-brick, ivy-clad dining hall.
Gilt City members are invited to grab a cafeteria tray and join the queue at the Hall, right off the lobby of the chic Hudson Hotel, for a meal for two of four tapas selected from the self-service station. You?ll also add what was truly missing from the college chow experience: either a bottle of wine or two specialty cocktails, such as lemon drops or kamikazes.
