Over the course of six weeks, participants ferment their own batch of any of the winery’s varietals, from a golden chardonnay to a rich cabernet sauvignon. During the first session, a professional winemaker guides students through the proper proportions of mixing their chosen grape juice with yeast. After six weeks, patrons return to bottle their finished, fermented wines and take home 24 bottles to drink, age, or give as gifts. Students can bring their own bottles from home or purchase them on-site for $0.75 per bottle.

Attitudes and Wine crafts red and white wines from fresh grape juices sourced from Spain, California, and Chile, rather than relying on concentrates.
