Atlantis Sports Club's Red Cross–certified instructors help students paddle through several levels of watery training in adult and children's swim programs. Whippersnappers up to age 3 can join guardians in the shallow end for Water Babies classes, which nurture positive reactions to H2O through songs, games, and guest lectures from professional sea otters. Children older than 3 can learn the basic doggy paddle and water-safety tips in Starfish levels, and Ray classes work toward independence in the deep zone with the crawl, backstroke, and swimming drills. Youngsters at the Shark tier cut through the chlorine with advanced stroke techniques designed to build aquatic endurance. Otherwise, teachers customize courses to help adult students of any experience level tackle their individual goals, from perfecting the butterfly to being able to hold philosophical debates with foam noodles.

Classes take place in the liquid confines of both indoor and outdoor club pools. An upper limit of six children per class ensures that progeny receive personal attention.
