Today, the pair happily presides over Bayboro Café and Catering, where they incorporate ingredients from local vendors to create fresh seafood and upscale burger dishes. In the evening, diners lounging on the outdoor patio knife into smoked-gouda-encrusted steak or pry open steamed mussels with crowbars, while at midday, lunchers sink their teeth into burgers jazzed up with Cajun seasoning, fried eggs, and wasabi coleslaw.
