  • Description:
The chic French influence is apparent in the gorgeously renovated Bâoli Miami. Modeled after the velvet-roped Le Bâoli restaurant, lounge and nightclub in Cannes, France, its elegant indoor/outdoor state side sibling takes up prime South Beach real estate on this sexy stretch of Collins Avenue. Bâoli Miami owner Mathieu Massa admired the vision of Bâoli Group owner Christophe Caucino and co-founder Pierre Antoine Navaro and drew on their successes to usher in the next wave of dining and nightlife to Miami. Architect Charles Benson and interior designers Nicolette Schouten (Collection Privée, Cannes) and Charlotte Dugan (Atmosphere Creations, Miami) reworked the space, drawing on inspiration from the French Riviera. Daring design highlights include a vanishing glass wall blending inside with outside, luxuriously plush banquets, and an exquisitely upholstered open-air garden terrace. The menu reflects Executive Chef Gustavo Vertone’s love of Mediterranean style cuisine and features fresh local ingredients and traditionally modern recipes from France, Italy and Spain.
