Catering is redeemable within Winnipeg's city limits and is subject to a $0.30 extra charge per kilometre for locations up to 30 kilometres outside the city.

The baristas at San Vito Coffee House kick-start their days by brewing coffee with Costa Rican beans certified as fair trade by Fairtrade Canada. Whole-bean and ground coffee selections complement sandwiches made with nonprocessed meats that are cooked in-house. The shop's compostable takeout packaging fosters a smaller carbon footprint than the diesel-fuelled stegosauruses that started this whole climate-change mess.
