Eight Weeks of Karate and Kickboxing Lessons For One (£10) or Two (£18) at Bristol Martial Arts Academy (Up to 96% Off)

Martial artists have recently turned to building sites for inspiration, frequently performing crane kicks, hammerfists, and health and safety elbow strikes. Build strength with today's Groupon from Bristol Martial Arts Academy. Choose from the following options:

£10 for one person (95% off) £18 for two people (96% off)

With 20 years power punching experience under his various black belts, Sensei Chris Beaumont keeps the chi flowing through Bristol Martial Arts Academy as he heads up a team of experienced martial artists. The team works out of a fully-equipped facility containing matted studios where the skills and techniques of Umai Dragon Freestyle Kickboxing and Karate are taught. Budding martial artists from the age of four and up are guided by motivating instructors in the ancient arts as they work to build strength, respect, and physical prowess. Young guns aged 4-13 can get to grips with the basics of karate, in lessons designed especially for children. Alongside technical skills, instructors will also focus on aspects of self-defence, awareness, and confidence. Adults can try their hands at both kickboxing and karate, with both sessions providing an intense strength and cardio workout alongside the development of striking and defence skills.
