This service is normally priced at $385, saving Angie's List members $186! This package includes an overall roof inspection and minor roof repairs that can cause water infiltration such as nail pops, reseal pipe collars at top of boot, replace missing shingles (up to 10 shingles, customer must provide shingles), caulk exposed nail heads, inspect and reseal caulk around chimney flashing if needed, inspect wall flashings, re-caulk flashing at corners of walls as needed. Any major repairs that are found a picture will be provided (if needed) and discussed with the homeowner prior to work being done.
