Choose Between Two Options
  • $125 for admission for one to the 2012 Cowboy Scramble, a fundraising celebrity golf tournament, which includes lunch, a charity auction, and dinner (a $250 value)
  • $250 for admission for two, including all of the above (a $500 value)

The Nova Center’s charitable golf tournament, which supports those fighting clinical depression and features former Dallas Cowboys greats, begins with lunch at the Trophy Club at 11:30 a.m. Attendees will check into the main event at 1 p.m. before a ceremonial shotgun blast announces the start of the star-studded 18-hole tournament at 1:30 p.m. Five-time Pro Bowler and founder of the Nova Center Jay Novacek will join fellow football Hall of Famers Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, and Pat Summerall as they club dimpled spheroids over a beautiful course designed by the late Ben “The Hawk” Hogan. At 5 p.m., attendees can replenish energy reserves with dinner and participate in a charity auction that raises funds for The Nova Center’s mission.

The Nova Center

The Nova Center, founded by former Dallas Cowboys tight end Jay Novacek, aims to deliver radiant hope to minds clouded by clinical depression through professional healing and loving support. Through the Nova Center’s medical and chiropractic services, adult counseling, and play therapy for children, patients find the guidance and comfort necessary to manage their condition. With the charitable backing of friends, neighbors, and Dallas Cowboys Hall of Famers, the Nova Center seeks to expand its mission to every state, lending a helping hand to the one in four Americans that carry the burden of depression.
