$40 for $125 toward complete prescription eyewear, plus a complimentary pair of basic single-vision glasses (a $450 value; a $575 total value).

• Complete pair of prescription eyeglasses includes any regular priced frames, lenses, and Crizal coating.
• Complimentary pair of basic single vision glasses includes a frame from select products, 1.5-index single vision lenses, and anti-scratch coating.
• Customers must have a valid prescription from within the past two years. The complimentary pair does not have to use the same prescription as the first pair.

$35 for an annual contact-lens exam (a $35 value), plus $100 off a year's supply of soft contact lenses (a $135 total value).
