Each 55-minute class leads participants of every fitness level through a dynamic, kettlebell-based workout designed to build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Sessions end with a Pilates-inspired core workout and cool down. The schedule includes midday and evening classes offered Monday–Friday.Work It Out Fitness
Among Corissa Sivorot's fitness credentials are six certifications, including one for kettlebell instruction from Agastu. Through Work It Out Fitness, she helps clients find ways to make exercise and nutrition an integral part of their daily routines via personal training, partner training, and small-group training sessions. She also leads kettlebell classes that build strength and cardiovascular endurance and enhance joint mobility and kinesthetic awareness. In addition to leading these workouts, Sivorot offers nutrition consultations to help clients make informed food choices.
