The stalwarts of strength at Fusion Health Club combine rows of cardio equipment with muscle-building resistance machines and free weights to create a balanced atmosphere for body buffing. Based at the National Badminton Centre, the sporty vibe flows through the gymnasium where experienced instructors are on hand to offer tips on perfect form and how clients can organise their very own gun show. Ten passes are available to be used over a six-week period, with visitors able to take advantage of the facilities in the fitness centre. Modern entertainment systems are set up around the gym to keep boredom at bay on the long cycles and runs on the cardio equipment. Open seven days a week, early birds can get training from 6.30am onwards Monday to Friday while night owls can blast muscles before bed with the gym closing at 10.30pm Monday to Thursday.
