Both options cover the cost of all ceramic materials and installation, as well as a clay insert from Clay Squared. The decorative insert is hand-rolled from terra cotta, with a projected lifespan of 100 years. In addition, the bathtub retiling covers removal and hauling of existing tile. There is an additional cost for kitchen backsplash demolition and removal.
