During class, students are schooled in the proper way to mix masa (dough), prep savory and sweet fillings, wrap and tie corn husks and then steam them to perfection for mouth-watering homemade tamales every time. And you don’t have to be a genius in the kitchen to pull this off. Tarascos’ tamales are easy to make and easy to eat! Students complete the class with three ready-to-devour tamales which can be enjoyed on-site or eaten later at home. Classes are held Sundays and Wednesdays at 9 am and 7 pm.
