Now settled in a cozy Bayview space, renowned Chef Eskender Aseged opens a permanent home this week for his acclaimed African cuisine.

Originally from Ethiopia, Chef Aseged developed a unique taste inspired from his heritage and over two decades of experience working with virtuoso Bay Area chefs like Joyce Goldstein and Daniel Peterson. Featuring rich, seasonal ingredients, his organic offerings blend Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and African influences to constantly refresh his menu with selections such as Tanzanian-style octopus and green lentil wot with goat cheese.
