A registered charity spreading its wings over 30 acres of Staffordshire countryside, Blackbrook Zoological Park soars high with one of the UK’s largest collections of birds, alongside a collection of other non-avian beings. Budding animal aficionados will be able to get up close and personal with furry friends, as they accompany a trained zookeeper into the enclosures, preparing food, feeding, cleaning, and handling certain critters. Once they have had a taste of zoo life, little keepers can take home a certificate, goody bag, and voucher for a free return visit, as well as precious memories of the many birds, mammals, reptiles and fish.
