We’re suckers for a good story, which is why we’ve followed StellaDallas since the eclectic home boutique opened in 2008.

Owner Amber Frazee named the shop after her gran’s favorite radio soap opera and re-creates the drama with her unlikely pairings: vintage and modern, light and dark colors, and a delightfully mixed cast of merchandise.

The story on decor: A driftwood sculpture sits atop a white enamel table, one loveseat away from a Dorothy Draper-esque console, which stands across a shimmery linen chaise resting beneath a stunning plum-colored glass chandelier.

For act two, head to the back and snag cute graphic paper and cards, Russell and Hazel organizers, and bath goods perfect for gifting. Don’t miss star brands like Missoni’s zig-zag textiles and John Robshaw’s bohemian pieces.
