Gilt City members are invited to try a five-class pack or the Group Elements Program at Atlas CrossFit, which includes six group training sessions to introduce you to the movements used in CrossFit training.
These classes are limited to five athletes per session to ensure maximum attention and instruction. The program also includes two weeks of unlimited classes after completing the initial sessions, a nutritional lecture, body fat testing and before-and-after pictures.
CrossFit emphasizes short, constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. It focuses on functional movements?pushing, pulling, squatting and lifting?combined with strength training, cardio and basic gymnastics.
But CrossFit is more than a workout; it?s a community. It?s also a discipline and a competition. It?s a reason to engage in fellowship with people who share your values. And once you see how it changes you, it becomes a lifestyle.
