Description:
Weekend Survival Skills Course for £60 at Barking Mad Survival School (60% Off)

Survivalists often struggle to remember what kind of berries they were meant to pick up, having neglected to bring their list to the supermarket. Get a basket full of knowledge with today’s Groupon: £60 for a weekend survival skills course from Barking Mad Survival School Immemorial traditions and skills are passed on at Barking Mad Survival School, which helps adventurers get back to nature with a forest full of wilderness survival courses in the Brecon Beacons. Putting his military experience to good use, chief instructor Adrian Bream leads groups on foraging missions through a variety of habitats, teaching them how to build shelters, make fire, and set traps. Beginning at 8pm on a Friday, the course will take budding bushwhackers through a gamut of emergency procedures and survival situations, teaching them the skills required to make it in the wild. Students will be taught how to traverse the wilderness, with skills ranging from crucial map and compass skills, to navigating using the sun and stars, covered. Collecting food through fishing and trapping, learning how to skin and prepare animals, and building shelters will also be part of the course. Food will be supplied but students will have to cook it themselves, while accommodation comes in the form of individual tarps or group shelters. The course will finish up at around 12pm on Sunday afternoon.
