    WERKout! boot camps are held five times a week at Dolores Park, the Embarcadero and Kezar stadium—and are designed to help clients trim their middle, tone their arms and lose a few inches. Up to 12 participants take part in each 45 minute session, completing an array of high-endurance exercises chosen specifically for their calorie burning potential.WERKout! owner and head trainer Aemar specializes in workouts that combine TRX suspension exercises, rip training, kettlebells, BoSu balls, Pilates and yoga. His assistants, Seth and Wade, are certified personal trainers with both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Council on Strength and Fitness. These fitness buffs are all about efficiency: if you put in the effort, you’re going to see results.
